Terms of Use

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

What TITHE is

TITHE is an entertainment project. A character in a video game is controlled by whoever shows up and votes, and a token is used to pay for in-game events. It is a spectacle, not a service, a platform, or a financial product.

Voting

Anyone may vote. Votes are tallied in short windows and the plurality is applied. You agree not to use scripts, bots, proxies, or multiple identities to amplify your influence, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or the game. We may rate-limit, block, or ignore any client at our discretion, without notice or explanation.

The character does what the crowd decides. We do not guarantee that your vote will be applied, that the game will behave as you expect, or that anything you do will produce any particular outcome.

Payments

• All payments are made on-chain, directly, and are final and non-refundable.
• A payment is only recognised once it is confirmed on the blockchain and read by our software. Payments sent to the wrong address, in the wrong token, or in an insufficient amount may be lost entirely.
• Prices are stated on the site and may change at any time.
• If a technical fault prevents a paid effect from occurring, our sole obligation is to apply that effect when we reasonably can, or not at all. We do not owe refunds.

Availability

There is no uptime commitment. The stream, the game, the season, and the project itself may stop permanently at any time, for any reason or none. By design a season ends if nobody pays to continue it; that is a feature, not a fault.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and everything on it are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, nor for lost profits, lost tokens, or lost opportunity. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the thirty days before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

Intellectual property

See Notices. We are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, and the token is not connected to any game publisher.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on digital assets where you live, and for any tax you owe. You must be at least 18 to send any payment.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
