Risk Disclosure

$TITHE is not an investment. It is a token attached to a video game about a man
being killed repeatedly by a committee. Assume you will lose everything you put in.
No expectation of profit
$TITHE is not a security, a share, a fund, a loan, or a claim on anything. Holding it
entitles you to no revenue, no dividend, no governance right, no redemption, and no promise
of any kind. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, financial advice, or a forecast.
What your money actually buys
- A revive payment buys one resurrection of a fictional character in a
video game. That is the entire good delivered. It is consumed immediately.
- A takeover payment buys a short window of control over that character.
It is consumed when the window ends.
- Neither is refundable, because neither can be un-delivered.
Specific risks
- Total loss. The token may go to zero. Most do.
- The game can end permanently. By design, if nobody pays to raise the
character and the treasury is empty, the season ends. The project may stop at any time, with
no notice and no obligation to restart.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A payment to a wrong address,
a wrong contract, or a wrong amount cannot be undone by us or anyone.
- Impostor tokens. The symbol is not unique. Verify the contract address.
- Volatility and liquidity. Price can move violently. You may be unable to
sell at any price.
- Technical failure. The game, stream, server, chain, or our code may fail,
lose state, or behave incorrectly. Payments made during a failure may not produce the
expected effect in the game.
- We hold no reserves for the benefit of holders and make no commitment to
support the price by any means.
Your responsibility
